Birthday card for my Bestie ❤ using the Stampin' UP! Hey Birthday Chick stamp set and Pattern Party DSP. I had so much fun making this card. For the confetti I colored with the Stampin Write Markers on the stamp to make it multi-colored. I love how it came out.
